During his short and extremely busy stay in DR, Charlie Villanueva went
through several encounters with children in Cabrera, Nagua, Santiago de los
Caballeros and Puerto Plata.
Each of these experiences were filled with emotion because giving out shoes
to children that can ill afford buying one, has proven to inspire profound
feelings in both the beneficiary and the donor. None, though, was so charged
with deep expressions like the ceremony that took place at Sun Village
Resorts & Spa, August 30th.

were brought-in by bus to meet Charlie and his
team prior to receiving their gift. The pictures show
their joy. They laughed, they cried, they danced,
